Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery and must be communicated first via email at info@rachelquinn.com. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original packaging using either UPS or FedEx with a signature required. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, so please carefully pack your return items securely and ship fully insured. Please email the tracking info to us once shipped at info@rachelquinn.com. Your refund will be issued once the item has been returned safely and in its original condition. If the shipping charge was complimentary your refund will have the original shipping fee deducted.

Please note that returns cannot be made on Memorial Balls. Returns can only be accepted on the Memento Heart and Box Vessels if no material has been added.

All sale items and custom orders are final sale, no returns can be made.
