Custom Jewelry

Shipping

All orders are shipped insured with signature confirmation and tracking using either Fedex or UPS. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery after it's shipped.

All international orders are shipped express using UPS or FedEx with the delivery time averaging 3-7 days. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are not included in the price at check out. Payment of all duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. Please note: should the order be returned by customs due to nonpayment, a refund minus the return shipping fee will be given once the item is safely received.


Returns

Returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery and must be communicated first via email at info@rachelquinn.com. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original packaging using either UPS or FedEx with a signature required. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, so please carefully pack your return items securely and ship fully insured. Please email the tracking info to us once shipped at info@rachelquinn.com. Your refund will be issued once the item has been returned safely and in its original condition. If the shipping charge was complimentary (domestic sales on items over $300, $1000 for international) your refund will have the original shipping fee deducted.

All sale items and custom orders are final sale, no returns can be made.


Repairs

We stand behind our craftsmanship and will repair all Rachel Quinn jewelry. Each repair is reviewed on a case by case basis and unless damage is due to defects in craftsmanship, repairs are subject to a reasonable fee (defects do not include normal wear and tear or mishandling). Jewelry Care

Jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care. To extend the life of your jewelry, remove before exercising, bathing, and housework. Always put your jewelry on as a final touch, after applying make up, scents, lotions, and styling hair.

To clean your piece, we recommend using a soft jewelry polishing cloth, such as a Sunshine Cloth, to remove tarnish and keep sterling silver and 14K gold pieces clean and bright. 

Pearls are especially delicate and need special care. Only use jewelry cleaners labeled as safe for pearls. After wearing your pearls, simply wipe them off with a soft, clean cloth. Keep your pearl jewelry separate from other jewelry when storing them in your jewelry box or traveling as they can be easily scratched.
